Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by specific vehicle class policies), hold a valid driver's license, and possess a valid credit card in your name. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.
Rental & Payments
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. You agree to pay all rental fees, taxes, and applicable surcharges as displayed at checkout. A security deposit may be required at the time of pickup. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific rate policy selected at booking.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in a lawful manner. You agree not to use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, or towing unless explicitly authorized. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all LumenRide vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
LumenRide Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
